The Phi Phi Islands (Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Ley) have some of the best dive sites in Thailand. The topside scenery is stunning and underwater will not disappoint. Phi Phi is one of the best places to see Leopard sharks, black tip reef sharks and turtles. Even whale sharks make occasional visits. The soft coral is beautifully colourful and the marine life prolific.

There are over a dozen different dive sites around the Phi Phi Islands. Dive boats from Phuket focus on Koh Bida Nok, Koh Bida Nai and Palong Wall on Phi Phi Ley.

When to dive at Phi Phi Islands

You can dive Phi Phi all year round. The best months are November to April during the north east monsoon. But diving can also be excellent from May to October when there are fewer boats and divers.

Who can dive at the Phi Phi Islands?

Phi Phi dive sites are suitable for all levels of diver. Beginner divers can do training dives at Phi Phi. There are also deep dives, wall dives and drift dives for more experienced divers.
